If u all want BBQ it's ok but must tell me early then i can book. The condo's fee is $100 deposit, but if there's no damages done during the BBQ then my parents can have their beloved $100 back. Function Room is FOC, but i dun see any use cause it's karaoke and i dun think many of u are keen on singing. U all can use swimming pool and play water games larh. the pool is quite nice. got baby pool, 1.4m pool (i'm too short to stand with my head above water surface) and a 1.2m "jacuzzi" pool.

Tee, tengxiong, if u want to design hor, u must gimme the design properly and personally to me.
